Submitting a form or calling us does not create a guaranteed same-day appointment or a binding repair contract. Appointments are confirmed based on technician availability, service area coverage, and the details you provide about the appliance and problem.
Estimates and authorization
Diagnosis comes before repair. After the fault is assessed, we provide an estimate for the recommended work. Parts are not ordered and repair work does not proceed until you approve the estimate. If new issues are discovered during the job, we pause and request approval before continuing.
Parts, models, and compatibility
Model numbers, serial numbers, and manufacturer references are used to identify the appliance correctly and source appropriate original parts. Availability and lead times depend on the exact Viking model and supplier stock at the time of service.
Scheduling and access
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, a serviceable address within the covered area, and reasonable access to the appliance. Delays caused by missing information, restricted access, or unsafe working conditions may require rescheduling.
Payments, refunds, and warranty
